Susan Gredley teaches beginners and people needing a refresher. Learn all the basics: design, stringing, loop making, attaching findings and make a necklace, bracelet and earrings. Learn about the required tools and their use. 2-hour class. Tools available for classroom use. All supplies included ($10 value). Maximum class size is 10.

Susan Gredley of Lavender Designs is a mixed media jewelry artist. While jewellery is her passion, she does a variety of other crafts as well. She started jewellery making many years ago with the sewing of beads together to make earrings. A process she found calming and relaxing. She is fascinated by the rich choice of colours, colour combinations, shapes and textures.
Susan loves to learn new skills and techniques, incorporating a variety of items in her jewellery ranging from beads, wire and metal to found and recycled items.
Teaching is her other passion. She takes the time to explain steps clearly. Susan enjoys sharing her knowledge and encouraging creativity in her students. She started teaching in 1991 and became a certified jewellery instructor in 2010 at Micheals Stores, the arts and crafts retailer. She taught a spectrum of classes from crochet, knitting, card making, Christmas crafts, candle making and more.
