Directors serve a term of one year, starting from the AGM in October. If you would like to nominate yourself or another person (with their permission) to serve as a director, please complete a nomination form or contact a current director or staff person. Nominations are accepted from July 1 to September 27. The nominations committee contacts all candidates shortly after the nomination period closes.

Nominations of Candidates for Directors
The CEED Centre Society elects a Board of Directors each year for one-year terms from among its members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which generally takes place in October. If there is a vacancy for a director on the Board at any point after the AGM, the Society may appoint an interim director until the next AGM, where that person would stand for re-election. Nomination Period Nominations of candidates are accepted by the Nomination Committee this year from July 1 to September 27. Nominations close 30 days prior to the AGM. The Nomination Process Candidates or nominators are encouraged to use the Nomination Form on this page to inform us of your interest. You may also supply the information requested on the form to any current director or staff member, who will forward it to the Nomination Committee. The Committee will then select the candidates best aligned with the mission, values and strategic development goals of the Society. Successful candidates will be contacted by the Committee prior to the AGM to confirm their intent to stand for election by the members at the AGM. Why be a Director?
