Sewing can reduce stress, improve fine motor skills, foster creativity, and create social connections with other craftspeople.

The Sewing CEEDlings bring their energy and their sewing machines to make beautiful pieces in support of the CEED Centre.

If you’d like to join them or simply see what they are about, pop into the CEED Centre on any Thursday afternoon.
